lousy Weather

Is it just me complaining all the time or has this been the worst spring we have had in a long time? It has been blowing NE since January and it is cloudy most every day. There will be no reason to enact a water ban this summer. We have a surplus.

Well, we had the worst spring weather on record here. Now we are having the worst summer weather on record.
